This adorable 1st birthday cupcake thank you note has a cupcake with one candle printed on the right side of the card. The left side of the card is a thank you note that a child can fill-in.

The thank you note comes as shown in the sample. The text and typestyle cannot be changed. Size is 4.25 x 5.5 inches. This thank you note has a matching 1st Birthday Cupcake Birthday Party Invitation - see below. (Quantity: 20 cards per box).
